SCA2027 Call for Papers
High performance computing (HPC) enables advances in science, engineering, industry, and business by addressing large-scale and complex problems through efficient algorithms, applications, systems, and software for massively parallel and distributed computing environments.
SCA2027 provides a forum for researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to present and discuss original research, innovative technologies, practical experiences, and emerging trends across the full spectrum of HPC systems and applications. We particularly welcome contributions that demonstrate significant performance improvements, address real-world challenges, or advance the state of the art.
All submissions will undergo rigorous peer review.
SCA2027 will be held in Singapore, offering the HPC community opportunities to exchange ideas, experiences, and solutions through in-depth technical discussions and strong engagement with industry.
Authors are welcome to submit an abstract before the full-paper deadline. Abstract submission is encouraged but does not replace full-paper submission.
| Submission Timeline
Paper Abstract Due: 30 September 2026 (AoE)
Paper Submission Due: 7 October 2026 (AoE)
Notice of Paper Acceptance: 20 November 2026 (AoE)
Camera-ready Paper Due: 15 December 2026 (AoE)
Conference: 1-4 March 2027 (SGT)
We welcome new abstract submissions until the paper submission deadline.

| Online Submission System
Authors submitting papers for SCA 2027 must do so via the Online Submission System.
Authors must submit papers through the SCA 2027 online submission system.
Technical papers must:
• Be no more than 18 pages, including figures and references
• Be submitted in PDF format
• Follow the ACM Proceedings Style
• Present original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere
• Follow the double-blind review requirements
SCA 2027 will use a one-pass review process. There will be no author rebuttal period.
| Submission Format
All authors should submit manuscripts for review in a single-column format. Manuscripts must be at most 18 pages in PDF format including figures and references, formatted according to the ACM Proceedings Style.
The ACM templates for Word and LaTeX are shown below. Also, ACM has partnered with Overleaf and the ACM LaTeX template on Overleaf platform is available.
Please follow STEP 1 (Microsoft Word/LaTeX) at “2. The Workflow and Templates”.
Please note that there are two different instructions for Word and LaTeX template users.
| ACM Templates
use a “manuscript” format option (Please refer to sample/sample-manuscript.tex).
• Overleaf
use a “manuscript” format option.
For more details, please visit the Primary Article Templates page.
| Proceedings
Accepted papers will be published in the SCA/HPCAsia 2027 proceedings, with ACM serving as the designated publisher.
Under ACM’s current International Conference Proceedings Series open-access model, an article processing charge (APC) may apply to authors whose institutions are not participating in the ACM Open program and who do not qualify for a waiver.
Authors should consult the following resources for current eligibility, charges, and waivers:
• ACM Open participating institutions
Questions about ACM’s open-access publishing model should be directed to icps-info [at] acm.org.
| Technical Programme Committee
More details on the Technical Program Committee will be shared at a later date.
